Which new condos are within 2km of Anglo-Chinese School (Junior)?

Does living within 1km of Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) still give priority?
Not in Phase 2C from the 2027 registration exercise. Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) is one of 12 schools on MOE's Two-Track Scheme: everyone living within 2km is in the same track, so a home 500m away and one 1.8km away are treated the same. Applicants in each track are balloted if there are more applicants than places.
How are Phase 2C places split?
Equally between the within-2km track and the beyond-2km track. If one track does not fill its places, the unused places go to the other track, but applicants do not switch tracks. Singapore Citizens in both tracks are considered before Permanent Residents.
How is the distance measured?
This page uses the straight-line distance between the development site and the school location published by MOE. For Primary 1 registration, MOE uses the home-school distance shown on OneMap (onemap.gov.sg), so check your exact address there before you rely on it.
Can I use a new launch address for Primary 1 registration?
Only an address where your child actually lives at the time of registration counts, and MOE requires the family to stay there for at least 30 months. For a home still under construction, check MOE's current rules before planning around it.
