Does the 1km priority still apply at River Valley Primary School from 2027?
Yes. River Valley Primary School is not one of the 12 schools on MOE's new Two-Track Scheme, so in Phase 2C children living within 1km still get priority, then those within 1km to 2km, then everyone else. From the 2027 registration exercise, most schools also reserve 60 Phase 2C places instead of 40.
